Windows 10 did not download the Simple Pass downloaded to the Envy. This computer had HP simple Pass, but it never worked well at all so I uninstalled it about eight months ago.

I do not know if the Sympatics driver was there before the downloadĭownloaded Window 10 to primary computer HP Envy Touchsmart three days later. Ver: 5.20.233, and Validity Sensor Driver DDK Ver: 4.1.139.0, also Sympatics Pointer Device Driver Ver 19.0.12.95. Included in the Window 10 download was HP Simple Pass by Digital Persona Inc. Have two computers HP Pavilion dv7 and HP Envy Touchsmartĭownloaded Windows 10 to Pavilion first which did not have HP Simple pass.
